Satisfaction Commitment
If SpeedPal fails to resolve any Major Services Outage within 24
hours from Client's notification to xxx-xxx-xxxx, Client may, for
the affected Client location(s) only, convert to its previous provider(s)
(or other provider(s) if Client had no previous provider(s)). SpeedPal
shall pay such provider(s)' standard tariffed conversion charge,
as long as Client has paid all outstanding SpeedPal invoices. This
guarantee does not apply to the speed or availability of internet
service to the Client. Major Service Outage shall mean a full loss
of Service (not including interference) caused by equipment or facilities
owned by Choice One up to the Client interface, affecting at least
50% of Client's lines or 50% of the Services (based on revenue)
at any single location.
Price Commitment
Concerned about getting "locked in?" Speed Pal guarantees
not to increase your rates during the term of your agreement with
us, excluding taxes and surcharges. If our standard pricing decreases
during the term of your agreement, you will have the option to take
advantage of a new term agreement at those prices.

client-friendly renewal programs, you'll be able to continue to
benefit from our great rates when your term ends with little or
no hassle - ensuring the continuity of your service
Low Risk Commitment
If you need to cancel services before the service agreement term
is complete, the only cost to you will be the difference in rates
of your actual term length completed and the service agreement term
prices, including special incentives. It's a fair, low-risk, "pay-for-what-you-use"
commitment. |
