Program Overview
SpeedPal's Agent program consists of three membership levels based
on either performance OR Agent's total base.
Program benefits include attractive commissions, bonuses, sales
tools, training, and marketing support. As sales volume increases
and the monthly commissionable base grows, agents can qualify for
enhanced benefits by moving to higher membership levels.
SpeedPal pays commission to Agents based on their total base, or
an increase in their base from the previous month, whichever rate
is higher. Agents can move to a higher membership level and get
paid more by organically growing their total base, OR by performing
at a higher membership level and increasing their commissionable
base from the prior month.
Basic Membership
This program is tailored for business partners looking for ways
to provide more services to existing clients or to expand into new
markets.
This program requires only $1000 in quarterly incremental recurring
revenue over a ramp-up period of three months. The program pays
a 10% commission, plus offers other incentives including bonuses,
marketing materials, and sales support.
Silver Membership
Silver level partners attaining a commissionable base increase of
$2500 from the month prior or who have a monthly commissionable
base of greater than $2,500 can qualify for the Silver + membership
level.
Silver level partners get paid 20% on their entire commissionable
base, and they are eligible for service term bonuses, marketing
materials, sales tools, training, and dedicated sales support.
Gold Membership
Partners that increase their commissionable base by $5000 from the
month prior or who have a total monthly commissionable base of greater
than $5,000 can qualify for Gold level membership.
Gold level partners earn 25% commission on their entire commissionable
base as well as service term bonuses and access to marketing materials,
sales tools, training, and dedicated sales support.

The Reseller Program is best suited for companies who have a current
customer base and are looking to add an additional revenue stream.

Program Overview
The reseller program is designed for companies looking to
grow their customer base and increase revenue from existing customer
base.
Unlike the agent program the reseller program requires an up front
investment of $5000.00 to cover reseller set up within SpeedPals
company's management system.
Resellers are sent a consolidated invoice of all customer accounts
at a 40% discount from SpeedPals standard rates. The reseller determines
the appropriate price points for service to their clientele. This
allows for bundling and value add ons by resellers in different
markets.
Resellers have access to a comprehensive customer management tool
that will allow them to:
- Add/Delete customers
- Manage customer billing
- Provide Tier 1 trouble management and customer service
- Track prospective customer installs
After completing a training program qualified resellers can be
certified as authorized installers and generate revenue through
news customer installs.

Maximizing word of mouth is essential for rapid growth. The customer
referral program is designed to incentivize current customer referrals
by offering:
a. Easy to use referral tools.
b. Consistent solicitations for referrals
c. Industry Leading referral incentives
Easy to use referral tools: Customers have access to web based
tools that allow them to send personalized emails to friends and
family encourage them to sign up. Web based tracking that show them
the number of sign ups they have generated.
Consistent solicitations for referrals: Customers will consistently
be solicited through email, postal mail, invoice inserts and other
communication methods for referrals of friends and family.
Industry leading referral incentives: Customer must be compensated
for the referral of new subscribers. The following incentive plan
will be used:
- 1 Referral in a calendar month = 1 month of free service
- 3 Referrals in a calendar month = 6 months of free service
- 6 Referrals in a calendar month = 1 year of free service
