signing below you will be deemed to have accepted the Speedpal
Broadband service Agreement .This Agreement, together with
our Acceptable use policy, and other notices are posted
at our website www.speedpal.com and contain the entire agreement
between you and us regarding the use of the Website and
or our Service. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right
or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver
of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement
is held invalid or unlawful, the remainder of this Agreement
shall continue in full force and effect unless such deletion
materially frustrates the intent of the parties, in which
case this Agreement will terminate. You also accept the
terms of your contract listed below and will be held responsible
for completing your term of service.
IPTV and High-Speed Internet access 2 year term agreement.
$200 early termination fee applies if any service is cancelled
or downgraded during the 2 year period. After the two year
period, Speedpal’s regular charges apply unless service
is cancelled. You may cancel your service by calling 503-383-1350.
Equipment required for certain services. Except for customer
purchased merchandise, all equipment provided by Speedpal
for service to the customer shall remain owned by Speedpal
Broadband. A fee of 499.95 will be charged to any customer
that cancels service and fails to return equipment owned
by Speedpal Broadband additional early cancellation rates
still apply. Equipment must be dropped off or mailed to,
495 State St., Salem OR 97301 within 14 days of cancellation.
In the event that equipment is not returned or arrangements
are not made with Speedpal Broadband to do so, your account
may be turned over to our collection agency and a 499.95
charge added to your balance owed as well as any legal costs
and or fees. You may schedule a Speedpal Technician to uninstall
your equipment for 65.00. Speed referenced for High-Speed
Internet service are for downloads only [maximum upstream
speed is 384 Kbps (up to 1.5 Mbps where available) many
factors affect speed, actual speeds may vary.]
